Shipping & Delivery
Everything you need to know about getting your order, wherever you are.
Free door-to-door delivery is offered on all orders of R1 000 or more, including VAT (South Africa only). Orders under R1 000 including VAT are charged a flat R100 delivery fee.
Deliveries are handled by our courier partners, including The Courier Guy, CourierIT and Dawn Wing, and are usually delivered within 48–96 hours of dispatch to major centres. Rural or outlying areas can take up to 10 working days.
If delays extend beyond these timeframes due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll let you know the new expected delivery date. If your parcel hasn't arrived after 7 days and you haven't heard from us, please get in touch.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been received and processed, followed by a second email once your items have been paid for in full and dispatched. This second email includes your courier's tracking number so you can follow your parcel's progress.
